By using leapinteractivellc.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. That is the whole of the bargain: we publish the site, you read it on these terms.

3. What these terms do not cover

These terms govern the website only. If we are doing work for you, that work is governed by the proposal, statement of work, or contract you signed, not by this page. Where the two ever appear to conflict, your signed agreement wins.

You are welcome to read the site, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it. We ask that you do not:

Project work shown on this site is presented as examples of what we have made. Client names, logos, and brands shown remain the property of those companies and appear as a record of past work. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use a client's marks, and their appearance here does not imply that they endorse us or that a relationship is ongoing.

6. Accuracy and no warranty

We write this site carefully and correct it when we find it wrong, but it is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every page is current at the moment you read it. Descriptions of services are a description, not an offer or a guarantee of a particular result.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
